2017 Annual Meeting will be held February 26-March 1, 2017 at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, St. Petersburg, FL. This four day event also offers a two-day short course, poster session, exhibition, student award symposium and concurrent technical sessions.
Presentations for meeting are solicited for all areas of the adhesion science and technology. If you wish to participate, we encourage you to submit an abstract. During the submission process, you will be required to select a topic area you wish to present.
Annual Meeting Short Abstract Submissions and Guidelines
To be considered, presentation proposals (abstracts) should contain timely, applicable and relevant information on research methodology with demonstrative importance to the industry.
Immediately following the deadline date of September 12, the Program Committee will review all abstract submissions and select those suitable for presentation at the 2017 Annual Meeting. You will be notified shortly thereafter of its decision and will be required to submit an extended abstract for submission into the Final Program.

POSTER SESSION GUIDELINES
- Poster size: 42in x 48in
All posters must be mounted one hour before the scheduled session start. Poster numbers supplied by AS will be in the upper corner of each poster board, and this number corresponds with the number assigned to each poster in the technical program. Pushpins will be available at the poster session. Authors must remain with their posters for the duration of their scheduled session as indicated in the technical program. All posters must remain up until the session ends and then must be removed within one hour after conclusion of the session. The Adhesion Society cannot assume responsibility for materials beyond these time limits.

All registrations must be received on or before January 27, 2017. Any registration received after January 27th and all on-site registrations will be assessed a 20% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 27, 2017. A 20% processing fee will be assessed on cancellations. NO REFUNDS AFTER January 27, 2017. In the event you need to cancel, the fee paid for membership is non-refundable.
